may naturally occur between batches.

These natural variations are part of the artisanal character of the product and shall not be considered defects.

Customers are advised to review all ingredients carefully prior to use.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or underlying medical conditions, we recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Our team will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the banking institution or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Agarwa.

8. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local regulatory charges
  • Agarwa is not responsible for customs delays or courier disruptions
  • International shipping fees are non-refundable
